As Business Development Manager at tSF, I am responsible for the commercial side. It is a role that perfectly matches my personal strengths and professional interests. During my studies, I quickly realised that I had a strong preference for sales and social interaction, and I wanted to turn those skills into a career.
In my current role, I do exactly that by combining my social skills, listening skills and a good understanding of what prospects need. In business development, these skills – especially active listening and understanding customer needs – are essential. My priority is to first understand what the customer is looking for and then work with them to create a tailor-made solution. For me, it’s all about finding the right match for each unique client, to ensure that we add real value to their business.
There is a real sense of satisfaction when I bring in new clients, and that success drives me to keep striving for better results every day. Looking ahead, my goals are to contribute to the continued growth of tSF, working with a talented team to achieve our shared ambitions. On a personal level, I am focused on expanding my knowledge and skills within my role, constantly developing as a professional.
