Spend an afternoon in the office and you’ll also hear people discussing a finding they came across that week, not because anyone asked them to, but because it’s genuinely interesting to find out how a colleague gained access to a system, and because it sharpens the next test. Shop talk happens here just as much as small talk, sometimes at the same table, right alongside conversations about who went climbing that weekend or which new coffee roaster someone found.

There is a little over twenty of us, so people know each other beyond a name in an email signature. A junior tester can pull up a chair at the same table where a managing partner is working, and nobody thinks twice about it. That kind of access reflects what we actually care about here: clear communication, genuinely knowing the people you work with, and learning from each other as you go.

We build on that deliberately too, through the team building activities we organize throughout the year and, of course, our annual offsite, which reliably produces at least one story that new colleagues end up hearing more than once during their first months here.
