About Resilience Group

Resilience Group is a Belgian group of specialised companies that helps organisations become more resilient against cyber threats, compliance challenges and operational risks. The group consists of two complementary players:

The Security Factory is the offensive cybersecurity arm. They carry out penetration tests, red team exercises, phishing simulations and social engineering campaigns for companies of all sizes.

Infosentry is the strategic partner in the areas of information security, privacy and risk & resilience. They guide organisations through ISO 27001, NIS2 compliance, GDPR implementation and business continuity.

Together they offer a unique end-to-end story: from technical attack simulations to policy, governance and continuity.

Business Development Manager

What will you be doing?

You start as a Business Developer with a clear growth path in mind.

Year 1 – The hunter: You actively build a commercial pipeline through cold calling, LinkedIn outreach and networking. You get to know our full portfolio, understand the challenges of the market and know how to strike the right chord with CISOs, IT managers and executives. You schedule introductory meetings and work closely with our technical experts.

From year 2 – The closer: You guide commercial trajectories from A to Z: from first contact through proposal to contract signing. You build long-term client relationships and grow into a fully-fledged sales responsibility with account management.

Concretely, you do this through:

    • Prospecting Belgian and Dutch companies via phone, email and LinkedIn
    • Qualifying leads and scheduling meetings
    • Collaboration with the consultants of tSF and Infosentry to bring the right story
    • (Follow-up of proposals and commercial trajectories)
    • Participation in events and networking moments

Your profile

  • You hold a bachelor’s or master’s degree, or have relevant first experience in a commercial role
  • You’re a true hunter: driven, results-oriented and not afraid to pick up the phone
  • You’re eager to learn and find cybersecurity and compliance a fascinating domain (technical knowledge is not a requirement, though a plus)
  • You communicate fluently in Dutch and English
  • You come across as professional and confident
