Infosentry, DPO Consultancy and The Security Factory have joined forces to form Resilience Group, an integrated Benelux platform for security and privacy solutions.

Infosentry, DPO Consultancy and The Security Factory are joining forces in Resilience Group. The group supports organizations in the Netherlands and Belgium with end-to-end services in the fields of information security, privacy, and cybersecurity. AXECO Participaties supports Resilience Group as an investor in its further development.

The combination brings together three complementary areas of expertise. Infosentry focuses on information security, data protection, and risk & resilience, supporting organizations in structurally embedding their security and compliance policies. DPO Consultancy specializes in privacy and data protection, helping organizations ensure compliance and data governance. The Security Factory focuses on technical cybersecurity, including penetration testing, red teaming, and security awareness, helping organizations identify and mitigate vulnerabilities in their digital environment. Together, the companies cover the full spectrum of information security, privacy, and cybersecurity, enabling clients to benefit from an integrated approach across these disciplines. At the same time, the combination offers employees broader development opportunities and additional career prospects. The companies will continue to operate under their own names while also collaborating under the name Resilience Group.
